Congratulations to Rex Da Vanzo

An Absolutely Positively Wellington Community Award for services to the performing arts was recently presented to Rex Da Vanzo by the Mayor Kerry Prendergast in the Council Chambers.

Dr Kenneth Ciongoli

Sad news has been received from Washington DC that Dr Kenneth Ciongoli, Chairman of the National Italian American Foundation, passed away on 28 October 2008. On behalf of the Executive Committee and members of Club Garibaldi, I have conveyed our deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers to Barbara Ciongoli and his children, Adam, Happy, Alessandra, Gregory and Antonio.
